JSNT Cycle Testing Day 28th November 2009
Get all the numbers you’ll need for your training this winter. We have 4 places left on ‘Testing day’ in York.
Testing will start from 0800 and we will have different groups.
Bike –
An analysis of your cycling action using the computrainer.
A ramp test to give us heart rate/power zones and maximum sustainable heart rate on the bike.
A maximum heart rate test
Core – Nicky Parker a qualified physiotherapist will be assessing you each individually so that we can build core strength routines into your training and limit your injuries.
By the end of the following week I will have written you each individually a report making suggestions on your training .

Swimming – videoing and we will make a DVD and feed it back to you.
Bike – an analysis of your cycling action using the computrainer plus a ramp test to give us heart rate/power zones and maximum heart rate on the bike.
Run – again a step test to determine HR zones, plus a drill session which will be a staple part of your training for the winter.
Core – Nicky Parker a qualified physiotherapist will be assessing you each individually so that we can build core strength routines into your training and limit your injuries.
By the end of the following week I will have written you each individually a report making suggestions on your training in all 3 disciplines. Plus the DVD will be attached.
