Bernard will be leading the club run this week.

Waiting on a last blood test result and if it's ok I shall be able to ride out this week. I have really missed being able to make it and would like to thank Rob,Paul and Bernard for helping out over these last couple of months.

Since having last espied you perambulating the boulevards of Bishopthopthorpe in a distinctly hale and hearty manner, I've followed your postings with their inferences of illness with mounting dismay. Would I be premature in saying I'm glad you're moving towards healthiness again .. and is there any chance at all, just for once, if I'm on your first return ride I might possibly keep up with you on a hill. But not this week coming - I've got to go shopping
